A wonderful, funny, terrific book to share with your kids!! Amelia Bedelia is up to her usual antics of constant literal confusion when she babysits for a family and ends up beginning a construction project on their house. A definite must have for any Amelia Bedelia fan!!

America's favorite befuddled housekeeper accidentally becomes involved in the construction industry because she misunderstood the meaning of a household addition! Instead of babysitting while the lady of the house is at the doctor's office, she greets a construction crew at the door looking for another address, and launches the kids and the crew into a home improvement project that you will never forget.
Young readers may need some help to grasp some of the terminology here, but the wonderful illustrations make the action move along and underscore the humorous word play! Amelia Bedelia Under Construction is bound to be a favorite in your house! |
