I've owned this product for years and wanted to get more. Was so happy to find them at Amazon.

We use them at home and also keep extras in our suitcases for traveling.
The Forever Glo emits the perfect amount of bed-side light. Not so much that it will keep you awake, but perfect for getting out of bed in the dark and not stumbling around.

First of all, if you are looking for a bright night light this one is not for you. I love these because I wanted something to put in my kids rooms that wouldn't keep them awake and would allow me to check on them without tripping over any toys. These are perfect! Any my three year old loves being able to choose between a green or blue light each night! As for durability, my 1 year old threw her nightlight into the toilet and after being cleaned and dried it still works! Great buy!

I odered these and based on other reviews thought they would be rather dim. But in a dark room these clearly cast shadows across the room. I have the blue. So far they are just what i expected except a little brighter. I have only had them a week so I can not comment on how long they will last. But if they get a little dimmer then great! By the way the average LED last about 7-10 yrs so if they last that long then you got your moneys worth.

I bought a 2-pack of these 3 months ago.

I liked the color so I bought another set last week.

When I plugged the new ones in, I could see by comparison that the old ones were already down to about 25% of the brightness of the new ones.

75% light loss in 3 months is pretty severe. I wasn't aware that LED's faded this way.

For comparison, I have a 5" tall USB powered color-shifting snowman LED light that cost me less than $20 that's been running continuously for six years and is still lighting up the whole room at night.

I have a couple of long hallways in my condo and these lights work perfectly at night. They do stay on all the time but the soft light doesn't really stand out during the daytime. I've also noticed that they don't heat up much at all for being plugged in full time, they stay cool to the touch. At night you just get a nice soft blue glow. It's nice to wake up in the middle of the night and not bang around looking for a light switch. On a side note I really like the blue color....kind of gives the hallways a bit of a sci-fi glow. I actually purchased an additional 2-Pack the next day.

I bought this because my 2-year-old wakes up every night crying because he thinks he's lost is blankie. The intent with this nightlight was to give him just enough light that he could find it but not so much that it lit up the room very much. I bought the 2-pack and used the other in the hallway outside both kids's rooms. Again, it provides enough light to navigate in the dark but not so much that it is even remotely overwhelming.

UPDATE: 14 months after having purchased the item both lights in the 2-pack have died. Since they are LED-based, I thought they'd have a longer life. I was hoping to come back to the product page and see some sort of warranty or Guarantee of 3-5 years or something like that, but I'll have to do a little more looking or assume that I'm out of luck. I have adjusted the rating to 3 stars, as the lights accomplished their original intended purpose, but did so only for 14 months before they completely died.

Nice lights, just enough if you have to get up in the middle of the night. They stay on all the time but I think they only use like 2 cents a year wort of electricity.

My old night light finally gave up the ghost andd this was a great buy to get two. They work great. I have one in the bathroom and the other at the top of the stairs which for me is great since I don't see that well in the dark. Gives out a really good light but not too bright. I recommend this night light.

I just ordered a second pair for my home. These are perfect night lights because they don't glare but you can see just enough to meet your needs. For example, you can keep one in the bathroom and you'll see fine there at night and not have your body clock partially resent by exposure to white lights. This is the advantage of having the cool blue night lights.

Over time, I began to realize that for two cents in operational costs per year, I should have some more of these in strategic locations.

Another reason I love these lights is that they look so high-tech. They plug in and lie fairly flat against the wall, resembling some kind of steady-state status signal.

I waffled about giving this 5 stars. Looks good, very low energy usage, but it isn't necessarily enough light to actually be able to walk around safely or do anything without turning the light on (which to me is the point of a night light). A bit brighter (and perhaps smaller -- does it really need that extra non-lit area?) and it would be perfect.
