super!!!, March 29, 2002
This review is from: America: 10th Album (Audio CD)
This album is an absolute musthave for any afficionado of Modern Talking. Dieter Bohlen really did his homework this time. This album has definite tributes to C.C. Catch, Blue System, Den Harrow, Pet Shop Boys, Michael Jackson, Back Street Boys, Mark Antony, F.R.David, and even--read this!!!---Run DMC (the sirens). I really apreciated Latino tracks on this album, they were produced very tastefully. Unlike many of the previously released albums, this one is not a sweet goo for a change but rather a NutraSweet ( less cancer ofcourse). Also you will hear traditional 30-count of the word "baby" in all its variations per song. Did I mentioned it was put together by a genious? So, why are you still reading this?---go buy it now!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic!, April 21, 2004
This review is from: America: 10th Album (Audio CD)
This album has a lot of wonderful songs in it. If you like the typical MT style, then you will love the following songs: SMS To My Heart, Why Does It Feel So Good, and From Coast To Coast. These 3 songs definitely stand out from the rest, and you'll love them! A Must Buy!!!!!

Modern Talking America Rocks!, December 9, 2005
This review is from: America: 10th Album (Audio CD)
Yea, baby, deal with it, it is so Yankee, and Latin! and Sweet, and Rockabily, and soooo Modern Talking!
If you love Modern Talking, you will love this album. Definitely, the formula that has been working for them for so many years seems to totally re-invent itself with America.
Lyrics are corny, and naive and adorable all at the same time. But yet again it is not the lyrics that make this work. It is the combination of care-free melodies, mostly in minor keys,
contrast to most of true American pop-music (Country music notwithstanding). And wherever you are, on the beaches of San Diego, or on the hills of San Francisco, or in New York subway, or in adobes of New Mexico, or drifting down the Mississippi river, this music will lift you up and carry you on its wings.
