This is great product, sturdy and well made, and handy to have around.

I've always loved FRESH whipped cream, and simply couldn't get my wife off the Cool Whip with all the bother and mess of pulling out the Kitchenaid mixer and making our own. Commercially canned whipped creams taste artificial, and are a little pricey for the compromise. This unit solves both problems.

We're both very happy with it. It's really nice to be in control of the sweetness of the cream, too.

To sweeten the cream, buy flavored coffee syrups, or just make a bottle of simple syrup (one cup water, one cup sugar, heated until the sugar melts). Add a tablespoon or so to each cup of cream, to your taste.

Put cold cream and sweetener, if desired, in the bottle, screw on a charger and dispense. Couldn't be simpler. Buy the biggest box of chargers (any brand is fine) to keep the cost low.

This unit uses one cup of cream per batch, but that single cup of cream easily makes more than enough for two nights of dessert topping for our family of four.

It's a great unit for home use. Makes about enough whipped cream at a time for a large family's desert rounds so there's no waste. The bigger ones let you keep the charger cover on while it's working, but this one doesn't, so you have to make an effort to make sure you don't misplace that part. It's not dishwasher safe, so that's a big downside for me.

However, given that you can get pro results for short money, I'd buy it again.

Love this! Just pour in the cream and perhaps a little powdered sugar, attach cartridge, shake before using and you have perfect REAL whipped cream. I had tried whipping my own before and gone too far and made butter. Then I resorted to store-bought cans of "whipped cream" that are runny and not at all anything like the real thing in taste or consistency. This makes it as asy as it can get. Clean nozzle and store in refrigerator for later use. A friend had one of these (Never knew it existed until then) and I had to buy this and don't know how we did without it!
