This book is mostly devoted to providing you enough info to run scenarios that AREN'T located in the Big Apple. It isn't comprehensive but it gives you good data for running a few scenarios in each city. Along with Kin-specific locales and individuals to meet. I enjoy the NightLife game system so this was a fun book for me. Though not as much so as the MAGIC book from this same series.
