I enjoyed this book. Wish I didn't need the funds or I would have kept it. Very accurate information. The book was in great condition.

This book is a !@#$% curse! Avoid at all cost!!! Seriously, turn back! This book comes in a non-returnable/non-refundable 3 ring loose leaf paper collection in a shrink wrap. They make you go to Pearson. A third rate, third party software company that hasn't heard of Windows 7, still writing code for Vista I suppose. Not Kidding!!

Pearsons uses three layers of login through a university result in the final one not working, so technical support unloads dozens of 4th party software, and trial software, and possible malware, and multiple toolbars and you name it, turning your new computer into cluttered old clunker probably bogging down your start-up. If I didn't know better I would swear this book was cover for a hacking operation.

Customer Service doesn't handle account exchanges well, and there is sometimes a disconnect on the login process. They are uncooperative and ignorant about there own systems.

If you want to destroy your computer, buy this book.

The shipping was very fast and I was able to receive the book before my class started. The only downfall was as soon as I started using it, the binding began breaking. I'm glad I only need it for a few more months. other than that, great price, fast shipping, just don't think you will be able to sell it afterwards.

Sent quickly and arrived with no problems, even after needing item shipped to an APO. In great condition, just as advertised.

This book was exactly what the seller told me...nothing was wrong with it other than wear and tear on the cover. Other than that it was great! They shipped it fast and I got it just in time. Would definetely buy from them again
