LOVE this dispenser BUT we had to return it TWICE ( ! ) because the plastic "straw" that actually dispenses the soap split open in the same spot so it's clearly a defect in the manufacturing. VERY disappointing because we bought the cup to go with the dispenser so we were stuck with the cup and no matching dispenser. I found the item at Pottery Barn and bought it online - only to have it also split! I bought a cheap soap dispenser and used that "straw" to fix it!

I purchased this item a year ago, however I used it for no longer than 6 months and one day - out of the blue - it didn't work anymore, I opened and tried to find out what was the problem, now it wouldn't close properly and still doesn't work... so sad because it looks beautiful and seems to be good quality, however it doesn't survive more than 6 months of use - boo! And the worst part, of course I can't return it since it's too late :(

This soap dispenser can be use as a lotion dispenser as well. It is a nice addition to the Alchemist set of products.

This is an outstanding quality soap dispenser. After using one for several months, I purchased two more. It looks good, and it works great. It's a very smooth press for dispensing soap. It holds a good amount of soap and it's a great way to dispense soap. Excellent quality for the price.
