The second edition of the NAAH is out, and it's definitely worth the wait. The airlines' addresses and fleets have been updated, the pictures are all new, and an extra chapter, on the airlines of Central America, has been added.

I think the NAAH is one of the best values out there - it has most of the information that's in reference volumes that cost $50 and up, and it's definitely much easier to take to the airport!
