This is a compact, efficient, and quiet aerator that seems to get the job done. It only takes one battery and there is room to store an extra one right inside of the unit. The aerator stone works great. I wish the hose was a little longer, but it's more than enough for use on a 5-gallon bucket. Overall, a good product.

For the price, its ok. Its lightweigth and brainless to use. My only poblem since day 1 until now is the on/off switch. Every single time that I'm planning to use it, I have to take a look of the wires and make sure the connections are rigth so it turns on. Once that is done, it will work the whole day and maybe for the next 5 days. After that period of time, it wont turn on again, so i have to open it and check the wires and connections until its fix. But as i said before, for the price, its ok.

This works great . It kept live shrimp alive for 12 hours on an all day fishing trip . They were lively til we ran out . For the price you couldn't ask for more . Delivered on exact date . The storage compartment for the spare battery is a nice touch . I think it will be used quite a bit .

This aerator is inexpensive enough for us certified, fixed income Geezers to afford and after 3 fishing trips I've discovered that all minnows don't die within 5 or 6 hours. A good air flow and an occasional piece of ice to keep the water cooler is keeping minnows alive for 2 and 3 days now.

Hello All. Sorry about what I am going to say about this item. Don't buy it. Stone cracked after the first use. So I had to buy another brand name. Since then it's working. And it also was not made for the bucket I had. So since I wasn't going to throw the bucket away, I got as I said another Aerator

Worked right out of box, but springs are strong and when closed it didn't work well, so I had to open the battery compartment, and it worked well. If you can play with it a bit, you'll have a nice little unit for the price. Kept minnows alive for 8 plus hrs in 10Q bucket.

the air pump was a little weak cause it wouldnt pump any air if its not adjusted right had to open it up and fix a little part of it to work but it works fine now still sometimes have to fix it a little but its no hassle the only good thing about it is the long battery life

These are absolutely POS. We ordered 4, and when they arrived, one was already non-functional. The design is absurd- the "hook" you see in the picture is supposed to allow you to hang it on the edge of an aquarium, bucket, etc. but it is also supposed to lock the lid/battery compartment closed. Fat chance. Hanging it by the hook means the lid will open at the worst possible time, dunking you batteries in water (i.e. DEAD) and none of ours have recovered, even with new batteries. Taping the top shut with electric tape sorta works for awhile, but even when functional they produce an anemic air flow that won't even work if the bubble stone is too deep in the bucket (too deep meaning 6"). Just say no.
