I am a registered nurse, graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, and cardiac educator. I consider this book to be the best guide for the general public in terms of the basics of prevention, and statistical facts. Its comprehensive approach is easy to understand, is easily implemented. The book is a fabulous resource to answer specific questions quickly due to its layout. I highly recommend this book. Aimee Brown, RN
