I bought this mixer 1 year ago and I was very surprised how solid this mixer is. I had upgraded from using the American Audio D6 Mixer. I have used many mixers in the past. I started DJing in the 80's and I have seen the full gambit of lines and models. This is one of my all time favorites. Tons of options, you can run 3 Microphones, 4 CD players, 3 Turntables, 4 Aux Inputs, etc. XLR balanced outs makes it breeze to use with powered speakers. The FX on each channel is very helpful is you are a Turntable DJ or have a pair of CD players that you do not have digital effects. The ability to use live effects with the microphone is incredible. The top of the mixer has a quick RCA patch if you want to plug something in quickly. I use this mixer with the American Audio Radius 1000 cd players. There are some great effects with Echo, Auto Pan, Flanger, Reverb, Manual Filter, Auto Filter, Trans, & Pitch Shifter Assign FX to any Mic or channel input Parameter time and depth adjustment Master and cue BPM analyzer. You cannot beat how much this mixer gives you. Don't waste your money on Dennon or Rane mixers. They are overrated and too expensive. American Audio has come a long way and their products have become fist rate. You will love this mixer.

i needed a bigger mixer with more channels to expand my equipment and i didnt have the money to get what i wanted but i came through to this mixer and at first i was spectacle but i gave it a shot and boy was i satisfyed with it , it was just what i needed at an affordable price ! i LOVE it and i reccommend it !
