As always, natural foods are best but in a crunch, this is by far the best TASTING protein bar I've found. It is chocolately with just a little rice crunch. It's not overly sweet but very chocolately.When I'm out of time, this is a great meal replacement as it will keep you full until your next meal. It is a hefty, filling little bar so do not consume if you plan to workout/run within 3 hours of consumption. I've tried and it ruins my time on 3 to 6 mile runs and eliminates my ability to run farther. It has a good amount of vitamins for a bar and only 40 calories from fat and contains a whopping 20 grams of protein. A great tasting and very filling meal REPLACEMENT when you're out of time/other options.
