These are songs that were all over the radio in the '70s. I heard them, but most I never really cared for at the time. Some I actively disliked. Hearing them redone by Bobby Bare Jr. however, makes them sound fresh and cool. I don't know if Mr. Bare is joking or not, but his revamps of these light rock/corn classics are great. The arrangements are gorgeous. Even if you never liked (or have yet to hear) "Horse with No Name", "Guitar Man" or "Sister Golden Hair", this collection of hits by America and Bread is worth a listen. And worth buying! Johnny Now
