Getting to the point,

This book(I prefer to call it a pamphlet)gave me the best overview on the subject and left out all the technical jargon. It was well organized, precise, and didn't pull any punches. Its problem-solution orientation proved useful and refreshing; instead of just blowing one off with a typical "It effects each person differently" approach, it discusses what commonalities the disease has. It has a useful self-help section and easy to read charts and diagrams. The concise, plain talking pamphlet gave me a clear picture with a sense of empowerment that comes with knowledge (and all within an hours reading!).
