This review is from: American DJ Accu 250 Spot Light
So the American DJ Accu Spot 250 puts all other Accu Spots to serious shame. In fact here's a discussion I can imagine the 250 having with, say, the 225 (although it could just as easily happen with the 215).
American DJ Accu Spot 250: Hey, 225. What's goin' on?
American DJ Accu Spot 225: Oh, you know. Same old, same old. You?
250: Not much. Check out my automated moving head.
225: Hey, that's excellent! Do you have 5 DMX channels with rotating gobos?
250: 5? Try 8, mofo.
225: Holy God in heaven, that's a lot of gobos.
250: Yeah, I guess. Oh, yeah and one of them is a dichroic glass gobo.
225: No way.
250: Yeah. You know, whatever.
(225 begins sobbing. 250 reaches over to comfort it)
250: Are you OK? You're crying.
225: I know. I just...I feel so inferior next to you. I mean, you have the Gobo Shake effect, you have stepper motors with microstepping, DMX-512 protocol 360 degrees pan, 265 degrees tilt Smart Sense. Your units automatically recognize if they are in DMX or Master/slave mode, Strobes in every color Lamp...I could go on.
250: Hey. Hey, sunshine. Look at me.
(225 looks away. 250 uses 3-5 of its gobos to turn 225's head around)
225: What?
250: It doesn't matter if your units don't automatically recognize if they are in DMX or Master/slave mode. It doesn't matter to me if you have stepper motors with microstepping or not. I wouldn't care if you only had a 180 degree protocol pan. All that matters to me is what's in here.
(250 points to 225's heart-shaped gobo)
225: Really?
250: Really.
225: But...
250: But what?
225: Why do you hit me then?
250: That's the way I express my love.
225: Oh, then you must REALLY love me.
(250 nods and hits 225. Then they hug)
