This BP cuff works well for quick and accurate reads. You will have to practice using the trigger for accurate reads. The bladder itself is of very high quality material. The dial and balloon in one piece takes all the fumbling out of play. The whole handpiece is very light but durable. The dial is easy to read and the crystal is very clear. Easy to use in right or left hand-but again, you have to practice using the trigger release; it take finesse and getting use to.

This makes manual blood pressure checks much easier for those of us who have trouble turning the guage/bulb screw on traditional cuffs. Love it!

This is a very nice cuff, very easy to use and get an acurate reading with.

Just excellent...never liked the old style (separate lines to pump and meter, and the annoying clip on the meter) This design is just common sense. Best improvement possible short of aquiring a 3rd hand. The "trigger valve" takes all of about 90 seconds to get used to (gently squeezing the trigger allows one to ease the pressure down at a perfect rate, then "clickin'" the trigger all the way down, lets out all the air). The combo meter & pump held in your hand is perfect for us nurses with "older eyes"! It exceeded my expectations. Edward Murphy RN

I have had other one hand operation units for taking blood pressure over the years. I would never buy another style. This one is accurate and easy to use. My only complaint is that the sphygmomanometer itself is a bit top heavy - so as you hold it to pump it up it feels like it is going to flop over - though it does not. The other issue is that this one seems to catch glare on the face of the meter more than others I have had. I will continue to use it for years to come, hopefully. And being left handed I appreciate that it can easily be used in either hand, as some one hand units also include a piece to push against which gets in the way if you are left handed. Though, I suspect that having that additional piece makes it feel more stable in your hand.

Easy to use, easy to clean, built well, looks professional, works just as well as my Welch Allyn... trigger function is awesome.

excellent bp cuff, easy to use with the better valve release. I used this on ambulance I worked at and it is great.

I'm happy with my purchase. The trigger style control is easy to get used to. Every sphygmomanometer should have the gauge attached to the bulb like this. It just makes sense.
