I received this on the day that it was anticipated to arrive. I am very happy with my purchase. I had a sprague type scope and wanted something that was less bulky and this is great. Although, the tubing is pretty long. I think I may follow the directions to reduce the length. I can hear very clear and the ear tips are very comfortable. I have not experienced problems with the ear tips falling off like other customers, I just tighten them before my shift and there's no problems. It is written in the directions that they should be checked before use so they don't fall off. I am very happy with this purchase and glad I didn't spend an arm and a leg on another brand I was considering. Thank you Amazon.

When I lost my Littmann I decided to buy a cheaper stethoscope, so for recomendation from a friend I bought this one,... so I have to say that this is a great scope for the price, and much better than others costing more. It works as good as a Littmann at 1/3 the price

Let me start by saying I have never owned a Littmann stethoscope, but I have occasionally used one. I would have to say that from what I've heard while using a Littmann, there is no question that these are just as good. I bought this in Ninja back in March, but wanted to use it at work a while before reviewing it. I love the fact that the entire stethoscope is black (no one else @ work has one like it...makes it a little obvious if it happens to sprout legs). I can clearly hear heart and lung sounds. So far I can't complain. :)
