I received this on the day that it was anticipated to arrive. I am very happy with my purchase. I had a sprague type scope and wanted something that was less bulky and this is great. Although, the tubing is pretty long. I think I may follow the directions to reduce the length. I can hear very clear and the ear tips are very comfortable. I have not experienced problems with the ear tips falling off like other customers, I just tighten them before my shift and there's no problems. It is written in the directions that they should be checked before use so they don't fall off. I am very happy with this purchase and glad I didn't spend an arm and a leg on another brand I was considering. Thank you Amazon.

When I lost my Littmann I decided to buy a cheaper stethoscope, so for recomendation from a friend I bought this one,... so I have to say that this is a great scope for the price, and much better than others costing more. It works as good as a Littmann at 1/3 the price

Let me start by saying I have never owned a Littmann stethoscope, but I have occasionally used one. I would have to say that from what I've heard while using a Littmann, there is no question that these are just as good. I bought this in Ninja back in March, but wanted to use it at work a while before reviewing it. I love the fact that the entire stethoscope is black (no one else @ work has one like it...makes it a little obvious if it happens to sprout legs). I can clearly hear heart and lung sounds. So far I can't complain. :)

I purchased the Adscope 615 after comparing reviews on Amazon and other sites. I also looked at the ADC website which compares the features with other ADC models and it lists the equivalent (or similar) model in the Littmann line for you to compare the features. I have some normal age-related hearing loss so for me, the clarity and volume of the Adscope 615 is a great improvement over the Adscope 603, and the Littmann Classic II for assessing blood pressure. I also like the oval shape of the diaphragm better. This stethoscope is a little heavier, but that is okay by me.

My daughter just graduated from nursing school and is working in a step down ICU unit. This stethescope was recommended to her by her unit manager as the best stethescope for listening to cardiac abnormalities. She is happy with it. It was delivered in a timely manner and came in perfect condition. Of course it comes in a few colors and blue is her favorite so I bought it for her in blue! Whatever works to make one happy!

I debated wether to get a Littman Cardiology III or Classic II but through some research I came across this ADC and I'm glad I did! I was stuck on the Littman name but the price tag kept me from pulling the trigger so for almost 1/2 the price I went with the ADC.
Acoustic of this thing is awesome! I can hear lung sounds over sweaters.. (disclaimer: I live in Florida so the sweaters aren't too heavy but still...)
Anyways, great for EMS and I'm sure it would be totally awesome for clinical setting!

I used to own a Littman Select II and I used it until it for a few years. While I love the quality of Littman, the price is just outrageous. Adscope took the quality of Littman, and made it 1/3 of their price. I had used the Adscope version of the Littman Select II and I found no difference in the two stethoscopes other than the brand on the diaphragm. A relative owns the Littman version of the Adscope Platinum Edition stethoscope, and I have come to like the style with the finger placement and mold of the scope.

I purchased this stethoscope for my daughter as a graduation gift from Nursing School. She was so excited to get this stethoscope and it has a space to put your name on them in case they get misplaced. Also, with this stethoscope, you can hear the lungs much clearer than her last ones. Thank you
