The American Educational SR-8590-DVD Earthquakes: Understanding the Hazards DVD is used for geological study, and documents earthquakes as one of nature’s most destructive forces for detailed examination. The DVD combines full-motion video and color computer graphics for visual presentation, and is approximately 20 minutes in length for viewing. The SR-8590-DVD has a teacher’s guide that includes program objectives, discussion points, class activities, and a glossary for instructional use. The DVD is suitable for grade 6 and higher and age 11 and older.
