The art work for the paper dolls is well done and the costumes are authenic; however, I was disappointed that instead of being able to punch out the dolls and their clothes, one must cut them out with scissors. I wanted to use them for teaching English and small children have trouble cutting with precision. I found some cheaper paper dolls in a local Thai store that work much better for my purposes. It would have been helpful if the information about the book included that it was more artsy than kid usuable.American Family of the 1990s Paper Dolls

Tom Tierney does it again! As a child of the 90's, I was playing with some of his older paper dolls when these fashions were in style. I love how he has nostalgically portrayed the comical fashions of the 90's. I bought these to save for my future children to show them the hilarious things their parents grew up wearing. I hope that Tierney continues to create these cherished paper dolls for as long as possible!
