3.0 out of 5 stars Just OK
If this is your first fire engine book you'll become somewhat fimilar with the history and development of fire pumpers. The book is poorly edited however in that it wanders, not following a true chronology, causing some reader confusion as to the order of time. It's still of interest probably to the new 'fire buff'.

I have looked through the book and when I make a trip to Minnesota in the future, I am taking to my very good friend(Tim Erlandson) and it is a good book about pumpers.
