This is like the Bible for apparatus buffs. This is a great book with lots of information. The background information by years/decades is very good. The captions for the hundreds of photographs are all very informative. This book is essential reading for any serious fire apparatus buff or historian. It is a wonderful reference source that you can go back to a thousand times.
