I bought this sconce to light a stairwell in my home. I needed something that put off a lot of light but also had a diffuser so as I was walking down the stairs I didn't have a light bulb glaring in my eyes. This sconce fit the bill. It's sleek, attractive and gives off ton of light. The diffuser hides the bulb and glare is not a problem. Well worth the money I paid. I would highly recommend this product.
