Beware of the 24 lbs of Ultra Light, March 2, 2009
Too good to be true! This set weighs 23.6 lbs on postal scale; they claim 15 lbs (changed to 25 lbs after I complained) and the UPS shipping label showed 18 lbs. The box itself lists NW 10.9 kg ~ 24 lbs, almost matching the postal scale. Other sets, on average weigh ~ 30 lbs. So, 6 lbs less then the average makes it Ultra Light. (Don't think so!} I would not have bought it if I knew it weighs 24 lbs. My sale was the 15 lbs total weight of the set. The maker promises 10 years warranty, but when you read the fine print it's ..."for a period of five years"...I guess 10 years and 5 years when translated from Chinese mean the same. I'm waiting for ROM label, however, we've opened the tiny coffee pocket (one of the seven of instant) they sent with the luggage and CS demands now that everything, including the coffee will be returned. So, we might be stuck with this set because can't send the coffee back. Go, figure! I hope Amazon will dump this outfit soon, or we will spend more time looking elsewhere.
