I should of never opened the riped, taped box. No paperwork, instructions, hardware to install handle. Was treated like dirt when I contact the company. Why should I pay to send back? Couldn't send because box was too bad and not from the shipper. This hedge trimmer sat in some warehouse for years. NEVER AGAIN

This product works well and is a great deal with the 24" blade. The handle has to be attached with the included wrench. Some other reviewer didn't like that it had been stored in a warehouse. Where else are they going to store it!

The trimmer works well. HOWEVER the handle broke off while using it to trim a hedge. If I was trimming overhead, I would have been seriously injured! I suggest you look for a better made unit from another company. No wonder it is no longer offered.

Power to spare and easy to setup. I'd recommend this product for the seasonal gardner. The only drawback I've found is that the item is a bit heavy. The item arrived in perfect shape, thanks to UPS!

This hedge trimmer did a great job on our hedges. Quality is good and the price is good. Our hedges look so much better now.

Since receiving this headger, our maintenance folks who take care of our grounds cannot say enough thank you's. The Hedger is easy to use and saves time and energy. Thanks.

Well to start, I have had the top of the line Black and Decker models and so far in my observations in comparisson (just got this model) I am more than satisfied with this cheaper model.. I'm really glad I didnt listen to the one very negative review. While the box was indeed kind of worn out, it was well taped up and even resealed with an outer protective plastic bag for delivery.
As far as performance, this cuts with more power and cuts larger branches than my Black and Decker did (which I had to replace because it fell apart) and was 3 times the price. My only complaint is that this hedger is fairly heavy. After using it for about 10 minutes I had to stop because my arm was going numb from holding it up. But in a way Its not a complaint at all because the model just feels like its built better/more solid than the Black and Decker...
