This Samantha's Mohair Bear was made by the American Girl® Company for the 18" Samantha doll. (doll NOT included). Named after America's president, "Teddy" Roosevelt, teddy bears were very popular in 1904. Samantha's is a birthday gift. He's 5½ inches tall and made of real mohair, just like the original ones. Plus, his arms, legs, and head move, and he comes with a perky pink bow around his neck. This bear, that is now retired, is for the 18 inch American Girl Doll. ***doll NOT included*** For age 12 and up.
