Editorial Reviews

Review

"This text covers the bases of American Government, and is an easy read with up-to-date student-oriented examples, with a nice amount of readable graphs, tables, and charts." -- Teri Bengtson, Elmhurst College

"I have examined other texts and found them to be too biased. I want to use a text that is thorough and factual. This is why I use the Schmidt text." -- Terence Lenio, McHenry County College

"It is an excellent basic text on American Government that gives the student a complete understanding of the structures of the American system and its colonial origins." -- Steven Rolnick, Western Connecticut State University

I used this book maybe 3 times, as an aid for my tutor. It seems he pulled the info from the book so ask your professor if you REALLY need this book, its more of an aid if anything for the content in class.
