Mad Libs are a popular word game that uses parts of speech to create crazy stories. Mad Libs books are especially popular with pre-teens and middle school students. This version of the series takes American Idol as its theme. The book attempts to explain how the show operates, but when the selective parts of speech are added in, chaos ensues. I highly recommend this book for pre-teens and middle school students interested in AMERICAN IDOL and for language arts teachers of that age-group of students.
