Complex and Obsolete, February 4, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: American Immigration: H1B Temporary Worker Visa Package (Do-it-Yourself Immigration Kits) (Paperback)
I used this book, and my case was rejected by INS and I wasted so much time. This book lays out a process that will take over hours to implement, much less the additional hours to read and understand this book. Moreover, I had to plan out a process that takes months. Some of the government contact information and rules are obsolete! The INS people told me that the info in this book is old. If you want to understand the general principles of the immigration process, this book is good. However, avoid using this book for your case...U.S. laws make the immigration process too complex and constantly changing.

Priority Workers Visa Package, May 23, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: American Immigration: H1B Temporary Worker Visa Package (Do-it-Yourself Immigration Kits) (Paperback)
After carefully examining the do-it-yourself Priority Workers package provided by the American Immigration Center it is my conclusion that it contains everything the average immigrant would need to successfully negotiate the naturalization process. The instruction book takes the aspiring citizen through the process step by step, from the eligibility requirements to the naturalization ceremony. Most importantly it alerts the applicant to those unusual and rare circumstances where professional advice may be in order to avoid delays and legal problems. he package contains all necessary forms and instructions and government publications including instruction on how to secure a United States passport after being naturalized. I highly recommend the Citizenship package to those immigrants who have the desire to become citizens of the United States and have the ability to follow the simple directions contained in the instruction book provided."
