This book is an excellent source and reference on Indian Jewelry. It is a must for any one who is seriously intereseted in the field. The extensive biographies and associated hallmarks are very useful.

An essential for any collector of contemporary Native American jewelry, supplementing Barton Wright's 1989 "Hallmarks of the Southwest." Great color plates depicting a variety of types and styles. Would like to have an index of hallmarks, or at least pictures of them rather than just verbal description.

A wonderful overview of Indian jewelry in beautiful, full color helps to show the details of the differeces in syles crafted by the individual tribes.
