I bought one of these, but Amazon sent me two. I decided to keep the second since they were so well made. Great size for making thin crust pizzas with one batch of dough. I spray with olive oil and dust with corn meal before rolling out the crust. Be sure and pre-bake the crust before adding toppings. Otherwise, the crust will not be done when the toppings are. My crusts take longer to cook than on my large cast iron pizza pan. The HUGE bonus is that these pans fit in my toaster oven too! I can bake both on the same rack in my regular oven.
Glad they have no non-stick and are made in the US.

I have searched for several years for this style stainless pizza pan. I even bought extras for my 3 grown children. First time that I put a pizza in the oven (at normal temp and time for a frozen pizza), the pan warped on two sides and no longer sets level on a level surface. My children have not used theirs yet so I am hoping that mine is the only one to warp. Very disappointing.

This is a wonderful, heavy duty pan. I was dismayed that it is actually larger than 12", and would not fit in my 12" oven. Shucks. quality is so hard to find these days, so I am giving it 5 stars. As far as size accuracy goes it would have zero stars.

This pizza pan is a nice heavy weight made with 18/10 Stainless Steel. Mine washed nicely and did not warp (as the other reviewer mentioned). Dough stuck a little bit but I did not lightly oil the pan (which I will do next time). The inside dimensions are 12", so the overall size of the pan is 12 1/2". I wish the rim was a little deeper as I like deep dish pizzas but I'm still very happy with this pan!
Update: You may need to increase your oven temperature and baking time due to the thickness of the pan. When lightly oiled, the pizza slid off nicely.

I am very pleased with this pizza pan. I like the fact that it is heavy and not flimsy. Nothing sticks to it and I will buy more stainless from American Kitchen.

I purchased this pan to use in a GE Advantium microwave/oven. The original metal baking pan, which replaces the glass microwave tray when baking, was missing when we moved into our home. Replacing this the GE metal pan was costly. I figured a round pizza pan would work just as well- and it does.

I'm so happy with this pan-- no non-stick chemicals to worry about, dishwasher safe, and made in the USA. It also fits in my toaster oven. I've even made cookies on it and with a mist of cooking spray, they come off easily. To clean, I tossed it in the top rack of the dishwasher and it still looks perfect! Off to buy a cookie sheet from the same company...

The pans are heavy high quality stainless steel pans. I liked using them to bake cookies in my rotating microwave/convection oven using the convection setting. I wanted to stop using non-stick coated pans.
So, I am glad that I found these stainless steel pans

Very well made, didn't warp at 480 degrees, made the crust taste really good, not too chewy and not tough. 2 pans is so convenient, just enough pizza for 4 people. I buy frozen, premade raw pizza dough. Just sit out on counter for an hour or 2, roll it out with a rolling pin in a round shape (takes 5 minutes at most). You can roll the dough at the edges of the pan. Poke with fork a few places or it bubbles way up, bake for 7 minutes or so on 480 with no toppings, pull out and add toppings and put back in for another 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. My pizza's looked like they were delivered and tasted great! I'm very glad I purchased these. They are definately brushed, not a mirror finish but I like this because they'll stay nice longer. I also use for rolls and cookies.
