I have several American Kitchen products. I love them all! This pan does the job. It does flex a little when heating. It could have a little more thickness. I love the rounded corners! Easy clean up. I coat with olive oil and lightly flour, the food comes out easy. I primarily use it for brownies, rice crispie treats.
I like finding a pan made in the USA, not of aluminium and without non-stick coating.

Since some members of my family are very concerned about non-stick coated cookware, I decided that it was time to invest in this stainless steel pan for baking. Now there should be no more worrying when we cut Crispy Treats or brownies our of this pan, even though that should be done carefully,so as not to create scratches. I have always liked stainless steel cookware. I have my grandmother's 70 year old set of Revere Ware that I use constantly, so it was not a hard decision to purchase this baking pan. I enjoyed prompt shipping and the product was as promised, so I would recommend it to anyone interested in changing over from non-stick cookware.

The pan is exactly what I wanted. It is sturdy, easy to clean and easy to get food out with the rounded corners.

I have no other products from American Kitchen so I was a little unsure about what I would get. The product arrived in excellent condition, and thanks to Amazon, it was a reasonable price. My wife and I have used it several times now and it performs very well. It is heavy enough to hold its shape and has baked and cleaned up well after several uses. We are very pleased and will buy a second one when the holidays approach at the end of the year.

Ordered 2 for myself. Found them heavy guage, love the lids..tall enough that will not smash icing.. Like so much ordered 2 for neighbor for X-Mas that bakes everyday for family. Thought they were a little pricy, but you get what you pay for...

I have been looking for 18/10 stainless pan2 for a couple of months and finally bite the bullet and ordered two of these pans. I use it for baking banana bread, grilled vegetable and fish in the oven. I bought two of these in 13"x9". Here's my impressions:

Pros:
1. Material is 18/10 stainless steel - beautiful, shiny and sleek. Definitely top quality.
2. Perfect size 9"x13" which I can use for baking and roasting.
3. Light weight - easy to move around and wash.
4. Stackable (I bought 2 and they're stackable so saved storage space).
5. All the edges are smooth and do not cut your hands.
6. Easy to clean - I used it twice and even the burned stuff came off after short time soaking.
7 Safe for food without any chemical or other residue.

Cons:
1. The material is too thin. My heart sank when I see how thin it is, can warp easily. I grew up in the restaurant and bakery business so know it can be thicker for $30 a piece. I wish it is thicker and more like the old commercial food pans (deeper than this pan)that restaurants use. American Kitchen please make it thicker, for $30 a piece, I think you can afford to make it thicker. Are you listening? Better quality means more sales. I think most companies forgot this.
2. After baking some fishes (I put parchment paper on the pan as well) but I noticed that there is a large spot on the burned area that you can NOT completely clean out. It is like a light brown shadow on the metal.
3. I bake 2 pans of banana bread using 2 of these American Kitchen pans, the edges (side) burned more than the regular aluminum pans. I guess aluminum is more heat resistant. This is something to consider if you get this pan.

Regardless, I still recommend this pan because I find it easy to use and functional. There is a 25 years warranty so if it break you can always return it to the manufacturer. Overall, this is the best pans I can find and I've been doing research for months and months; exhausted all my options.

Last year we made the switch from aluminum baking pans to stainless steel. This pan will not disappoint. Things bake well in it and the pan cleans up easily by hand. I don't put any of my bakeware or pots and pans in the dishwasher. After nearly a year of use, it still looks new and has not warped.

Listen here......this pan will always be in my freezer holding ice cubes. And it is GOOD at it! It replaced a piece of plastic junk that broke when it was dropped. Let me see THIS one break! Plus, if I ever learn how to bake a cake, I've got this one to put it in. Double duty! What more can you say about a pan. And stainless, yet! Just don't use it in the microwave.
