The book is easy to read. It is a text for a masters program I am taking through GWU. I have read only through chapter 2. I find it interesting, but not a daily reference book after the course is complete. I give the book itself 3 stars.

Amazon did help me locate a used copy and overnighted it in time for my class. Their service was first rate. They classified the book as "good condition" and it is as advertised. It was far less expensive than the new book, which I did not need. Amazon saved me no less than $75, including the charge for overnighting the book. Excellent value.

The delivery company Lasership did not deliver as they claim they did. They stated "delivered at front door". They did NOT!
They left the package at the condo entrance,not in front of my apt door like other carriers would do.

Thankfully the other condo residents are honest and they did not steal my textbook. Next time I place an order I am going to ask who will delivering.

Book was shipped immediately and fast. Packed well, etc. The seller advertised a book without writing, it had some, not every page, but I feel the book was overrated. I told this to the seller and she offered a refund. I needed the book for class so I kept it. I think it was an OK book, not as nice as advertised. Seller was responsive with shipping time and with the offer to refund.

Everything the seller said was correct, it came in time for my class and I have no complaints!
