This foot dimmer switch is easy to use and worked fine--for six months. I expected it to last longer.
Also, what I received doesn't look like the photo.

This is the 4th type of dimmer I have purchased and I'm very happy with it so far (after 2 months). For the price, its a great value and much better than Westek which I've used in the past.

Not too much to say except that it works like a dimmer switch should. Plug in the cord and the lamp and that is it. I have had it in operation for several months without any problems. The casing is durable and truly withstands the abuse of my fat foot standing on it. I am happy with my choice - it works well.

Got nothing to criticize about this product. Does what it's supposed to do, dims from off to full range, does not heat up even when plugged closed to capacity of 500w, does not hum.

Iused this for an outside 500watt light that I used for camping while outdoors at dark. I was able to dim the lights down to reasonable brightness. Works great for my use.

I purchased this product for the light in our baby's nursery so I could turn the light on hands free while carrying the baby. I have had this product for 18 + months and I love it. It is the best baby "gadget" I have purchased for the nursery. It was extremely simple to install and works perfectly. If you are tired of struggling with carrying your baby into the nursery for a diaper change and trying to flip a light switch with an elbow, I would highly reccommend this foot operated light switch.

This is really easy to install - you plug it in to the light cord. It works great for controlling the light for tiffany lamps.
