This review is from: American Lighting LXC4H-WH 32-Inch Hardwire Xenon Under Cabinet Light, 80 Watt, High/Low Switch, 120 Volt, White (Tools & Home Improvement)
Great having two settings - task and light illumination. No excessive heat. Installation not difficult. Slim, so it doesn't stick out from under cupboard. Like not having a wall switch (more to tile around). Also no cords (hardwired).

Lights arrived as promised and they look great. Installation was a breeze. They have two settings, bright and dim: an extra bonus!

Quality Fixture, Some Surprises,

The light arrived in a massive box, you could have easily fit 40 or 50 of the fixtures in it, with tons of paper filler, I'll likely be picketed by the environmentalists given the enormous waste, ok back to the light. The fixture is good quality for the price, I think, time will tell. I replaced a 10 year old, 15 watt, flourescent fixture over the kitchen sink. From the description I was concerned that this fixture may be TOO bright (15 watts vs. 80 watts), I have never owned a light with a Xenon bulb let alone 4 of them, but the light has a dim setting so I went ahead and ordered it thinking that a little brighter light over the sink would be good, I have no window there. I installed the fixture today and was rather surprised. On the highest setting the light is dim, about 50% of the 15 watt one. You would not want this over your sink, it is too dim. I'm rambling on but one other thing to note is that the bulbs, and hence the fixture, get hot! You would not want to put this where you may touch it. One good thing, no flourescent ballast humming. I'm going to keep it and hope I get used to the lower light over the sink, will let you know if dinner guests complain about leftovers stuck to the plates.
