Well, another great one from Gary Hoey and his talented band members. My favorite tracks are 'The Deep' and "truth' from this CD. Also, on this CD is Gary's nicely done take on 'Lunatic Fring'e with just his three piece band. Oh did I mention how well Gary sounds on this CD. I've seen these guys live and I swear it's a better experience than going to one of those huge venues. Check him out. He tours nationally.

gary hoey rocks and this wont let you down, see him live its amazing , he does this acoustic set that hopefully he will record too, if you stick around after the show you will get a chance to meet him he is just a cool guy and down to earth. the band shold get much more attention then they do. all of his cds are worth getting, i have them all and listen to them all the time. His christmas stuff really rocks too. anybody who plays guitar will get into it right away.

I love Gary Hoey and have all of his CD's and have to say that American Made is my favorite! We all know how incredibly talented he is as a guitar player but he sings so much more on this album and he sounds soooooooo good. Him and his band rock pretty hard on this one and if you haven't seen them live, you are so depriving yourself. Talent plus great songs, plus great audience interaction - what more can you ask for? You must buy American Made and you must get to a show. I promise you - you will not be disappointed!

Right from the first track, "shed my skin" the CD kicks your $#@SS. My fav is "welcome to my world". I like the fact that Gary Hoey is doing more vocal tracks.
Lots of great guitar work, especially the leads on the vocal tracks. Just a great all around CD, a must recommend.

I'm a big Hoey fan with all his CD's but I'm disappointed in his new CD. He has a great straight ahead rock and roll attitude but nothing inventive on this CD in my opinion. I love Bug Alley/Money/Wake Up Call and would have to recommend those first.

HEARD A SONG ON THE RADIO AND IT SOUNDED TO MUCH LIKE A JOE SATRIANA WANNABE. BUT AFTER LISTENING TO IT I NOTICED HE HAD HIS OWN STYLE.

I had a great oppurtunity to witness seeing one of the GREATEST rock/R&B guitar players on the planet last year at The Redwood Run in Humboldt County. Having never heard of him before, his show was by far, one of the best I've ever seen!! His band is very tight and they play well together.
I also got a chance to talk to him and his band mates during a lunch session, as I was working at the show... He is a very down to earth kind of guy, and a real pleasure to hang-out with. If you ever get a chance to see Gary and his band perform...by all means treat yourself to perhaps one of the best shows you will see. Meanwhile check out some of his albums, such as this one...American Made....you will not be dissappointed!!! I guarantee it!!!
Also check out some of his live footage on you-tube!!! 'TRUTH' is a great live performance, and you will witness some of the best guitar playing on the planet!!!

Great CD to do some cruisin. Get in your Mustang GT, rev it on the red line and crank it all the way up. Each track kicks and is a 10. Shed My Skin, Reaction and American Made are 10+. Also saw Gary perform at The House of Crave in Columbus and he was awesome. Met him after the show and had a few Bud's.

Can't wait for his next CD. Also for the holiday's his Christmas CDs are the best out there!

I already had this product that I had purchased at one of Gary's shows...and purchased this one for my father...if you appreciate a true great rock guitarist, Gary is great. Can't wait to cruise with Gary in November 2008!

While it is a good album with new sound influence, it doesn't contain near the diversity and quality of some of Gary's earlier works. I will still continue to buy his future albums though, just to see what he comes up with next, and because I like the man's style.
