I have been wearing these sunglasses since I was 22. They come off easily, which means they can fall off easily, but are still worth it. Any breakage or cracked glass demands immediate replacement. They come in two sizes 52mm and 55mm. They come in three frames, brass which is gold in color, the silver as shown here, and a cheaper plastic. I prefer the brass, 52mm one. These are the standard military issue throughout the services.

However, the price shown here is an absolute rip-off. Even the Cavalry Store, which is known in the military for high prices, offers it for far less than the exhorbitant price shown here. If you know someone with PX privileges, the price should be no more than $25.00 for the most expensive brass framed ones. The cheapest frame should run you no more than $12.00.

If you wear these, you might discard any other brand or style of sunglasses for life.

It will increase your "cool factor" by at least a third. They are the coolest shades ever.

This is my second pair of AO Original Pilot Aviator Sunglasses. These sunglasses are a stylish accessory regardless of whether I am wearing a suit to work or shorts after work. I have not been disappointed by the look, style, and wear of these sunglasses.

I originally bought a pair of these on an air base in key west....Wore them always..Then I lost them and bought these...Let me say that these are far BETTER quality than what I purchased..Frames are sturdy and lens is good...Thanks
