Hmmmmm.
I must say it's a shame when you can't go out an buy a Ray Price collection and not have to worry about the record company treating you like a moron. Here you have a package of Ray Prices big hits. Right and Wrong. "Under Your Spell Again" is awesome, in it original form. "San Antonio Rose" is from Price's 1960's album of the same name. Next we have an almost 20 year jump to "Faded Love" with Willie Nelson, which doesn't belong here at all. "Crazy Arms" is the original recording, as is "Talk to Your Heart." "Crazy" is an string laden, cocktail bar version that will put you to sleep if your not careful. "Nightlife" isn't the original version either, in fact I have no clue when it was redone. "For the Goodtimes" is the original version. "Funny How Time Slips Away" is a remake, and finally "Release Me" is turned into a slow, sappy song with no fiddle as the original version had. The only reason I would want this set it to have the hit version of "Under Your Spell Again" in my collection, and I must say it is worth paying the price for that one song.
