Hales, M.D., M.B.A., is Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine; Director of the Behavioral Health Center, UC Davis Health System; and Medical Director of the Sacramento County Mental Health Division and Treatment Center, Sacramento, California.
