American Red Cross lifeguarding: Instructors manual

Although it appears that this is an old edition of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor's Manual, it was still not meant for public distribution. This book may contain expired certification tests in the following (and possibly other modules as well):
-ARC Lifeguard Training
-ARC Standard First Aid
-ARC CPR for the Professional Rescuer (CPR-PR)
-ARC Fundamentals of AED use
-ARC Head Lifeguard or ARC Lifeguard Management
-ARC Disease Transmission and Prevention (?)
-ARC Oxygen Admistration for the Professional Rescuer

Because of these tests, I highly doubt the ARC would approve of this book being sold on Amazon. The Instructor Agreement all instructor candidates must sign for their local ARC chapter does not permit the sale of these texts.

Also, from a previous reviewer's remarks on needing this book for a course he will be taking soon, it appears some do not understand that when they take a lifeguard training course (whether it's American Red Cross, YMCA or Ellis), they will be issued a participant's manual containing most of the teaching they will recieve in the class. The instructor's manual will not really help them learn the concepts. It is meant only as a guide for instructor's to use in order to make sure they do teach all required sections and show the videos, etc. in a logical manner. Most of the test questions have likely been changed since this edition and therefore will not "help" a person anyway.

This is the older manual, I thought it was the current version, but it was not.

I AM STARTING LIFEGARD LESSON WITH IN THIS MONTH OR SO AND I NEED THIS BOOK NOW, CAN YOU HELP, PLEASE? I WENT TO BARNESANDNOBLE BUT THEY DONT HAVE IT.
