The kit Includes the full wind turbine with blades/vane, tower and output board (lights & sound) that is powered by the wind turbine. Will work with an 8 inch fan or in a light breeze. The power output board that comes with this kit can also be powered by other small renewable energy sources such as solar and fuel cells.
