Most shampoo's I've used are way too harsh or have strong cleansers.
I have a really oily scalp and after using shampoo's the scalp got drier immediately and went from being oily to flaking and then getting oily again.

Shampoos that claim to treat oily hair just use stronger cleansers. Oily scalp and hair is NOT necessarily any more moisturized than dry hair.
This product works gently and naturally and I havent used another since.

Also, strangely, my receding hairline (in the rear) has improved. My hair is definitely better than before.

Delivers all of the best you can ask for in a mens hair product.A fine shampoo from a dependable line.

I started using this shampoo over 10 years ago and have used none other since. The shampoo and conditioner are good quality products and I love the way it makes my hair feel.
Also to note, I'm not sure if it's all due to the shampoo, but before using this shampoo regularly, my hairline was beginning to receed and I was definitely thinning off the top more and more. But not since using this shampoo. I can honestly say that I have not had any further hairloss since I began using American Crew.
My little brother now has less hair than I do, ha ha.
I believe this product definitely contributes to the health of my hair. 5 Stars!

Great product and makes your scalp feel clean, but expect there to be a little leakage when you receive the product. Amazon really needs to work on how they ship this.
