American Standard Champion-4 1-Piece Right Height Elongated Toilet, Everclean Surface, Bone no.2034.014.021. The American Standard Compact Champion-4 1-Piece toilet is constructed of vitreous china, a type of ceramic fired at high temperature to form a non-porous body coated with a ceramic glaze which is fused to the body. It features the Champion-4 flushing system, which has a 4-Inch piston action Accelerator flush valve with a chemical resistant flapper. The EverClean antimicrobial surface inhibits the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. It has a 12-Inch rough-in, a fully glazed 2-3/8-Inch trapway, and it comes with two bolt caps. The bowl is a siphon action jetted bowl, the rim height is 16-1/2-Inch, and at 1.6-Gallon per flush, it is a low consumption toilet. The nominal dimensions are 29-3/4-Inch long by 17-3/4-Inch wide by 29-1/2-Inch high. Seat sold separately. I've had the American Standard one-piece Champion 4 for a 1-1/2 years. It works great and the flush is energetic. It has never stopped-up. It does sound different than a standard toilet but that's just an observation not a criticism. It's a bit hard to justify the cost when you can buy a builders model toilet for less than 1/2 the price. But you will be able to throw away your plumbers helper.

I noticed that some reviewers complained about plastic handles on other models of the Champion 4 series. This one-piece has a metal handle, or did 1-1/2 years ago.

are generated by the jets in the tank. Comfy, too.

I guess I would recommend this toilet even though I am somewhat disappointed. It works well for a 1.6 GPF toilet but, considering the expense, it's just ok.
