I am really not happy with what happened here. I originally ordered the tank several months ago. It came with a huge piece broken off of the tank. I sent it back in the package it came in. I figured I would get a credit for the $179.19 or so that I paid for it. I believe you said that was what would happen. Four months later, another one shows up. I let it sit for a while, then I have a friend help me install it. It leaks from the left anchoring bolt. I call a plumber a month or so later. He connects it. It only drips a very little. But it still drips. He takes it off and looks at it and finds a hairline crack that has been causing the problem. He tells me to send it back and he willcertify that is a product defect. I give up and have him install a whole new toilet for $600+. Then I feel it is too late too return the tank, and I suspect that if I do, you will just send me another one that is now useless since I now have a whole different toilet. So I am stuck with another defective tank and am out $180.00 or so. Not good.

I bought this as a replacement tank. It was well packed but the lid was smashed by the shippers that received it from DHL (I think). Fortunatly, I still had the old lid. I still think the original packaging was good, just not jackass proof.

I bought this toilet and tank when remodeling the bathroom in my home. I found the matching American Standard sink and pedestal in a trash pile on the side of the road in an Orlando neighborhood. I decided it was so pretty I wanted the matching toilet. This toilet cost 3 times as much as most standard models but it has been worth it. Mine has never clogged, and it uses less water. It looks different than what most people have and fits in with my 1940's vintage home nicely. I made up for the price by getting the pedestal sink for free.

We bought two of these when we remodeled our bathrooms. Nice looking antique colonial look, but they clog all the time. We are going to replace them very soon.

Everything was fine except the lid was chipped off enough in deliverary to the point we could not use it. Luckily we still could use the old one. Pass for toilet tank, FAIL for Amazon delivery.
