This toothbrush holder works well for toothbrushes that have too wide of a handle to fit in typical toothbrush holders. The toothbrush hangs from the slots around the edge. The base for the glass is a good size so that it can hold a good size glass. I use a different glass than the one that came with the toothbrush holder since that glass was kind of plain looking. I do find that toothbrushes can easily be knocked off the holder if I am wiping the counter underneath the toothbrush holder.
