I ordered this item after researching other rolling luggage for children. It was cute, my son liked the lady bug, and it was inexpensive. I received it faster than I thought and it was way cuter and better quality than I expected! It is perfect for my 3 year old, he absolutely loves it! He AND I can't wait for him to use it this weekend on our 3.5 hr flight to California! Would definitely recommend! The reason I did not rate it a 5 star is because I wish it had a front zipper/pocket for easy reach objects (i.e. his teddy/blanky =) but either than that it's great!

At a $20+ price point I expected these bags to be cheap plastic and last a few months. But these are nice bags. The roller bag is big enough for a weekend's worth of clothes and kid stuff and the canvass should hold up nicely. I just got these today, ordered the tiger and the penquin, and they are so cute and well made and my kids, 4.5 and 2.5 love them already. great buy

This roller bag was great on our first plane trip with our 2 year old and 3 month old. Our 2 year old pulled this all around the airport, full of diapers and wipes and all the essentials for a diaper bag and the little backpack carried his toys and a couple little snacks. He loved carrying this just like all of us adults. The only bummer is that the roller bag doesn't have straps like a backpack when our kid gets tired of carrying it.

Got this for an upcoming trip with my 4 yo and 1 yo. They are completely cute. The backpack is tiny, even a little small maybe for a 4yo but depends on the kid. The beak has a squeaker in it - both of them. But one stopped working within 20 minutes out of the box without especially rough handling. the other one is still working. the zipper is tough on the curves. My son is really independent and agile, but I have to help him on the curves on the big suitcase which means I think the zipper is likely to give out soon. it has a long warranty, but will it be worth it to ship for repairing the zipper? not sure. but not too expensive.

I see a few reviews talking about the lady bug or penguin or other animals other than the tiger. I am only able to find the tiger by this brand. Where did you find the other animals?

The penguin suitcase is great, good quality, fair size.
The backpack, however, is too small. We had another backpack/suitcase set, not as good quality, but the backpack wasn't so small. It's cool for something else, not travel. It's more like a big purse. But I don't care, we love the suitcase and I have never ever ever ever had customer service like this. The suitcase was missing the backpack when it arrived. I called and it was sent right away. But the woman on the phone was really sorry. She apologised for the inconvenience, wanted me to apologise to my child, etc. And I told her from the start it was no big deal. She was amazing. Seriously, I was impressed.

We bought this for our two-year old to play with, and she really likes it. It's cute, and well made.

My toddler loves this backpack and over night bag. we use the backpack regularly i have to make some minor adjustments to the shoulder straps because the are too long for a wee one under 36" tall. but he loves it!
