good bag, January 14, 2009

this is a good usable bag for the price. the quality isn't quite what my old american tourister was as far as fabric goes but hopefully it will hold up to wear and tear. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE THE BAG!!!! (and i had received an email that it was shipped but UPS hadn't ever received it) i called the seller after 2 weeks and they were very nice about it (as it turns out the company is about 30 miles from my home!) but i still didn't receive the bag. i called again and the employee was not nice at all but i did finally receive the bag 2 days later.
