This alarm is pretty neat. The reported temperature is accurate (which I didn't expect for its price). The voice is NOT an asian woman as stated in other review. It is a mechanical voice, but it does say the time and temperature rather quickly. Pressing the large button on the top will trigger the clock to repeat the time and temp again. Overall I would say it was money well spent. I was not disappointed.

I wanted a silver colored travel mirror because we keep it in the bathroom to keep track of time when getting ready. It was easy to set. The only problem I have with it is that the voice is really annoying. I don't know why they would make a clock with this feature as I feel it is a detraction from an otherwise good product.

Many features of this talking clock are commendable -cost,compact,folding with a temperature reading. However, my slight hearing impaired mother-in-law (for whom the clock was purchased) had great difficulty hearing and understanding the obvious, oriental voice which announced the time and temp. in very rapid succession.
