A lot of repetition,

Due to too much of political correctness, frank opinions of the Indian leaders have not come out. I expected Talbott, being a complete outsider, to be more frank about characterization of the situation and the players at that critical time in our history. A lot of repetitious information is also given by pulishing some overlapping letters.
