1.0 out of 5 stars Not for the small RV

If you have a 40-foot RV with all the comforts of home and are a full time RVer, then maybe this book is for you. For anyone with a small RV, it is a waste of money. Yes, she lists equipment (16 different baking pans, coffee grinder, etc)and supples (7 extracts in addition to vanilla, hearts of palm and on and on). "My basic equipment list includes 36 items" but she doesn't bother to indicate what they are from the two page list. Who needs 7 pages of appetizers and a half dozen recipes for yeast breads? I would be better served using my old time tried Betty Crocker or BH&G cookbooks. Just because it says RV in the title, does not make it truly a RV cookbook for most of us.
